Scope: Expand existing substation by 35' x 170'. Included site work, placement of (2) driveway, (6) piers, (2) gates, fence perimeter with concrete curb in new expanded area, and spread gravel.

Scope: Install new ground grid system inside substation, around fence perimeter, and weld onto all structures and fence posts.
